BOOKING INFORMATION
Large open plan apartment with seafront balcony available April to October from £102 per night for all accommodation.
From 3 nights stay bookings to start or end on a Saturday, high season July & August from 7 nights stay.
Guest are booking their favourite summer get away much earlier with a simple refundable deposit.
Our holiday apartment will be available from 2.00pm on the first day and we’ll meet you with keys and help to settle in for your stay.
On departure we ask that you leave the apartment as you found it on arrival, clean and tidy with any breakages reported or replaced.
Departure must be by 10.00am on the last day of your stay so the apartment may be prepared for our next guest.
Adjacent apartments are in full time residential occupation as a result no all male / female parties – families and couples only (must be over 25 years old).

We had a great holiday at this lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a cracking location on Poole Quay. Well appointed and looked after, it’s in a great location to explore the Poole area and watching the comings and goings of boats and people along the quayside from the balcony is great entertainment. What a great place to stay. Everything you can wish for and more. Lovely apartment . People watchers will delight with a superb balcony view offering everything Poole Quay as to offer. We were lucky to have the motorcycles on Wednesday, Fireworks on Thursday and supercars on Friday it certainly rounded off a great week. You will definitely want to return. We did not want to leave. Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are outstanding with so much going on around the quay and with lots of places to eat just a short walk away. What a find!! Just came back from a wonderful weeks stay with my husband and two teenage daughters. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and very spacious for a family of four to stay. The view from the lounge window is simple stunning, looking over the harbour and brown sea island. There is lots of places to eat and great pubs a foot step away on the harbour. The added advantage of the under neath parking is a definite plus too!! On Thursday evening Poole harbour put on a brilliant firework display and we can the best view from our balcony. Perfect home from home , has all you need and more , beautiful Apartment with stunning views of the harbour, all amenities on the doorstep, spotless and cosy, central heating , has everything you could wish for and the host is very attentive with any questions you may have this is 5* Rating. Check in was easy and great to have our own parking space in a secure garage. The flat is huge and very well equipped with everything you need. The location is second to none, right on the quay and close to all restaurant, bars, pubs, and conveniences.

This apartment is spacious, very clean with fantastic views across the harbour. If the weather is poor there is plenty to keep you entertained just looking out of the window! Having an allocated parking space was a real bonus for our family. Communication with Phillip was easy . Our stay at this beautiful apartment was wonderful! Phil had thought of everything that we might need and had gone to a lot of trouble to make sure that it was all clean and ready for our arrival. The communication was good and we were met in a timely manner by Phil’s associate with the keys and security fobs. The private parking was an added bonus and there was a lift to the apartment (which was very helpful with all our bags!). There is always something going on in the harbour, which you can watch quite comfortably from the private balcony. If it all gets a little too noisy, you just close the patio doors and it’s instantly sound-proofed – Perfect! Overall, the location, the apartment, the communication and the value for money is fabulous and we would not hesitate in recommending it to our friends and family. Maria Aug 2021
My wife and I had a great time in this 2nd floor apartment which is in a fantastic position right on the quay in Poole Harbour with great views of the waterside all set out below. The standards of hygiene and cleanliness were very high and the towels and bed linen were high quality hotel standard. We would highly recommend a stay here and with so many beautiful beaches and places to visit it is an ideal base with plenty of transport options close by too.
